The beauty of Franklin, Tennessee was on display during Danielle & Trevor’s outdoor farm wedding in late June. The scenic beauty of Garrett Farms was a perfect backdrop for this couple’s summer wedding.

Danielle and Trevor said their vows under a lush arbor with around 75 close friends and family present. The summer day was warm, but luckily this property offered plenty of shade options. Danielle looked radiant in her blush gown from Eleven Curvy Bridal Boutique. The light pink in her gown fairly glowed next to the dusty blue of her five bridesmaids’ dresses. Completing the look, the guy’s navy suits from The Black Tux made a striking contrast for this wedding party.

The right fit
When Danielle and Trevor began wedding planning, it was important to find a venue that felt right. They didn’t want an “over the top” showy, wedding, but rather something that felt more intimate. They knew they wanted to plan a simple yet memorable wedding just to share with family and close friends. An outdoor farm wedding at Garrett Farms did not disappoint!
This venue was bursting with scenic portrait locations, and all the wedding details were picture perfect as well. Danielle and Trevor offered guests whole bean coffee labeled “The Perfect Blend,” complementing their reception coffee and latte bar. Nashville’s own Taco Mamacita catered the dinner, offering a full-service taco bar and mouth-watering sides. After dinner, Danielle and Trevor cut their beautiful wedding cake from Sweet Bakes Donuts and Cakes. As if all that weren’t enough, guests enjoyed a cozy s’mores station near the rustic fire pit.
Off to a great start
It has been such a pleasure getting to know these two wonderful young people over the last year! We had a wonderful engagement session last fall out at Long Hunter State Park where it was apparent how much in love they are! It makes the job of being a wedding photographer so meaningful when you are a part of such a beautiful beginning.
